Andy Bechtolsheim a
s Chief Development Officer at Arista Networks,
Andy Bechtolsheim is responsible for the overall product development
and technical direction of Arista Networks. Previously Andy was a Founder
and Chief System Architect at Sun Microsystems, where most recently he
was responsible for industry standard server architecture. Andy was also
a Founder and President of Granite Systems, a Gigabit Ethernet startup
acquired by Cisco Systems in 1996. From 1996 until 2003 Andy served
as VP/GM of the Gigabit Systems Business Unit at Cisco that developed
the very successful Catalyst 4500 family of switches. Andy was also a
Founder and President of Kealia, a next generation server company
acquired by Sun in 2004.

Andy received a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon
University in 1976 and was a PhD Student at Stanford University from
1977 until 1982.

Praveen Kumar , Founder & CEO, Packet Island
A serial entrepreneur, Praveen brings a combination of technology,
marketing, and finance experience to Packet Island. Praveen started his
career as an Engineer at Hewlett Packard developing HP Openview
products and technologies. Later, he served as the lead architect for
several of HP's largest ISP messaging deployments, worldwide. After HP,
Praveen co-founded Ethercloud, a voice-over-wifi startup, and
Musicphone (Acquired by Gracenote/Sony), a mobile entertainment
service delivery platform company. Prior to founding Packet Island, he
served as VP of product management and marketing at Telsima, where
he played a key part in the company's acquisition and integration of Intel's
VoIP chip business. Praveen has an MBA from the Haas School of
Business, UC Berkeley, an MS(CS) from UC Riverside, and a BE(CS)
from the College of Engineering - Guindy (CEG), Chennai, India.

Greg Ness, Senior Director Marketing at Infoblox. Greg was previously a
marketing executive at Blue Lane Technologies, Juniper Networks,
Redline Networks, IntruVert Networks, ShoreTel, Visa International and
Verizon. At Blue Lane he was a thought leader in virtualization security.  
Blue Lane was recently acquired by VMware.  At Redline he helped to
establish the company as a leader in Web application delivery until
acquisition in May 2005 by Juniper Networks.
At IntruVert he helped the company establish and lead the IDPS category,
resulting in its acquisition by McAfee. At ShoreTel he helped the company
establish itself in the emerging enterprise VoIP space. He has been a
blogger at Always On since the Spring of 2004 and his columns appear
regularly in Seeking Alpha.  Greg earned a Master's Degree from The
University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree from Reed College.

Dr. Maik A. Lindner, Resercher, , SAP Research CEC Belfast, SAP (UK)
Limited. Dr. Maik A. Lindner is a member of the Software Engineering and
Architectures (SEA) group of SAP Research CEC Belfast (UK) (http://www.
sap.com/about/company/research/centers/belfast.epx). He holds a PhD
from University of Muenster (Germany), in Information and Controlling
Systems with a focus on Business Intelligence, investigating controlling
and regulating partnerships in economic environments. Prior to his PhD
he finished his MSc in Information Systems.

Currently Maik is working on the European Union FP7 funded project
RESERVOIR (http://www.reservoir-fp7.eu/). The aim of this project is to
allow massive scale deployment and management of complex IT
services across different administrative domains, IT platforms and
geographies (nowadays under the Cloud Computing umbrella). The
developed infrastructure will include ideas and concepts of virtualization,
grid computing, and business service management techniques. The core
of Maik's research are business aspects and business/markets models
for emerging technologies such as cloud computing.

SAP Research CEC Belfast is actively involved in leading efforts in the
field of future ICT systems and architectures as this is expected to be a
centrally important topic in large-scale enterprise software.

Dr. Patrick Wong has 32 years of experience with IBM.  He is the Senior
Technical Staff Member (STSM) and Executive IT Architect in IBM Systems
& Technology Group (STG) engaging in infrastructure consulting.

Before this assignment, Pat was the Chief Infrastructure Architect in IBM
Global Services (IGS) responsible for the largest Siebel CRM
implementation in the world.  Pat consolidated servers by 44%;
eliminated 105 images; and maintained higher than 99.9% service level
in the virtualized landscape.  

Pat was the network guru in IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ)
managing the largest corporate network with 3,500 mainframe
computers.  He also deployed the first SAP services in IBM connecting U.
S. to logistic centers and manufacturing plants in Thailand, Hungary,
Mexico, Singapore, Germany, Netherlands, and other countries.  

Pat was the author of the IBM Software Group (SWG) Program Product in
network management that had a spotless 100% quality record with zero
APAR and zero PTF in 20 years of production.

In 2002, Pat received his Doctoral degree in Computer Science
specializing in Broadband Wireless with a focus on 802.11 network
protocol.

Pat is currently working with customers in server and storage
consolidations and IT optimization in the Dynamic Infrastructure (DI) and
Cloud Computing environment.
