Altos Computer Systems and National Semiconductor Corporation. Ron is
involved in numerous philanthropic causes and was #6 in Forbes Magazine's
Midas list of top "dealmakers" in 2006.
Jacqueline B. Kessel, Head Silicon Valley Hanson Bridgett Office focuses on
technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. As an
entrepreneur and founder of a start-up company as well as an attorney,
Jacqueline is able to bring both business and legal experience in representing
her clients.A British native, Jacqueline has over 30 years of business
experience in the U.S. and abroad. She worked in international marketing and
public relations in both the U.K. and South Africa before moving to California
with her husband to start their own software technology company. Her clients
feature both Bay Area and international companies. Jacqueline represents
clients in Vietnam, China, India, Spain, Italy, England and France, among
