Pascal Levensohn
Founder & Managing Partner, Levensohn Venture Partners
Pascal Levensohn has twenty-eight years of experience as a finance professional and has led
Levensohn Venture Partners (LVP) since 1996. At LVP, Pascal and his four partners focus on
investing in Intelligent Infrastructure, specializing in emerging Security (homeland, cyber, and
physical), Digital Media, and Cleantech (GreenIT) companies. He currently serves as a director of
Veraz Networks (NASDAQ:VRAZ), Akros Silicon, Ubicom, ShotSpotter (Chairman), and Consolidated
IP Holdings (Chairman).
A frequent speaker on venture capital industry trends, Pascal has been outspoken in 2009 in has
recently both moderated and served as a panelist at important forums on this topic ranging from
the Security Innovation Network's (SINET's) IT Security Entrepreneurs' Forum (ITSEF III) to BlackHat,
joined by experts on innovation from the government intelligence community, the
crisis to the DHS CATCH conference (March 2009) and at the SINET event at the National Press
Club in Washington, D.C. (June 2009) are available at www.levp.com. Pascal has been a director
the National Venture Capital Association since 2007 (www.nvca.org) and currently serves as the
Chairman of the NVCA's Education Committee. He is the principal author of three authoritative white
institutions including the Harvard Business School, the Stanford Graduate School of Engineering
Management, and The Kauffman Fellows Program. In 2009 Pascal joined the board of directors of
the Security Innovation Network www.security-innovation.org.
Pascal is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (www.cfr.org)and serves as a Mentor and
Faculty member of the Kauffman Fellows Program. He is a former co-chairman of the Aspen
Institute's Socrates Society (www.aspeninstitute.org/seminars/socrates-society-seminars).Pascal
received a BA in Government from Harvard University.
Neeraj Choubey
Vice President, Venrock
Neeraj joined Venrock in 2006. Previously, he was an Associate at Bay Partners advising portfolio
companies Capella Photonics, Staccato Communications and Pulsewave RF and helped complete
investments in Wallop and TVHead. Prior, Neeraj was a Senior Product Manager at Yahoo! Mobile
where he was responsible for launching mobile search and was a Senior Consultant at inCode
Wireless. At inCode, he provided business strategy and consulting services to handset and
infrastructure OEMs, wireless carriers and enterprise customers. Neeraj began his professional
career in the CDMA infrastructure division at Motorola. His operational and strategy experience helps
portfolio companies navigate a complex selling market in a continuously changing landscape where
telecom, media and internet are all converging. Neeraj holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from
Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of

Arlene Krebs
Founding Director of the Wireless Education & Technology Center, California State Univeristy
Monterey Bay
Ms. Krebs is the founding director of the Wireless Education & Technology Center at California State
University, Monterey Bay, a national center focused on advancing mobile teaching and learning. She
is also the Executive Director of the tri-county Central Coast Broadband Consortium. Arlene has
been working in the e- learning environment for over 30 years-from satellite-based distribution to
two-way interactive videoconferencing to today's online courses. In recognition of her leadership in
technology and education, Arlene received the "In the Arena Award" in 2004 from the Center of Digital
Education. She is the author of four editions of The Distance Learning Funding Sourcebook: A Guide
to Foundation, Corporate & Government Support for Telecommunications & the New Media. She
currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Monterey County Arts Council, and has served on
the Board of Directors of the US Distance Learning Association/USDLA, the Monterey County Film
Commission, the National University Telecommunications Network (NUTN), and on the Executive
Board of the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) as Vice-President of Education.
Ozzie Diaz
President and CEO, AirPatrol Corporation
Ozzie Diaz is the President and CEO of Airpatrol Corporation. Ozzie is leading the evolution and
growth of AirPatrol's unique mobile and wireless. Ozzie Diaz was previously the Chief Technology
Officer for Wireless and Mobility at Hewlett Packard, and is a seasoned technology executive with over
20 years experience in management, marketing, business development and leadership.
Mr. Diaz brings an impressive professional history in the wired and wireless networking, security, and
mobile/cellular technology industries. His work in Systems Engineering, Marketing and Business
Development for companies such as HP, Firetide, AirFlow Networks and Bivio Networks, as well as
his telecom architecture work for companies such as Motorola and Cisco all testify to his experience
in both Fortune 100 enterprises and early stage, venture-backed companies.
His commitment to public safety is evident in the published paper titled “Utility of Broadband
Wireless: A Technology Roadmap for Disaster Response”, created for a broadband wireless and
emergency preparedness strategy in cooperation with the Worldwide Consortium for the Grid
(W2COG). He also writes regularly at his blog, www.ozziediaz.com.
Fred Greguras
Attoreny at Law, K&L Gates
Fred Greguras is a partner in the Palo Alto office of K&L Gates who focuses his practice on strategic
issues for global software, internet, media and life sciences companies - with an emphasis on the
start-up and emerging company stages. This includes, in particular, financings of various types, M&A
and a full range of other transactions in both domestic and international marketplaces. In the
international arena, Mr. Greguras has substantial experience representing companies with a market
focus on or operations in China and India, and in supporting investors from those countries. During
his 25-plus year tenure in the Silicon Valley, Mr. Greguras has also been a venture capitalist and a
1966, a MS in mathematics and computer science in 1968, and his J.D. in 1975 from the University of
Nebraska. Mr. Greguras is a member of the State Bar of California.

Connect (ENL). Mr. Ackerman uses his more than fifteen years of general management, venture
capital and strategic mergers and acquisition advisory experience to support the firm's technology
start-up companies. Prior to Allegis Capital, his operating experience includes, CEO of UniSoft
Systems (a world leading UNIX systems house operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia) and a
founder and Chairman of InfoGear Technology Corporation (the first internet appliance company;
acquired by CISCO in 2000). Mr. Ackerman was a member of the 2007 Forbes MIDAS list of the
world's leading venture and technology leaders. He has been a keynote speaker at the Investors
times at the Red Herring and Montgomery Investment Banking Conferences. Mr. Ackerman was also
a member of the Board of Directors of The Entrepreneur's Foundation, a non-profit organization in
Silicon Valley that develops and facilitates community support programs within the high-technology
community. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco-based Asian Art
Museum. Mr. Ackerman has a BS degree in Computer Science.
