Soody is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience combining law, science,
engineering, and business management in start-ups and established environments.  Prior
to starting STLGIP, Soody practiced law as IP Counsel at Silicon Valley offices of Heller
Ehrman as well as Townsend and Townsend and in-house at the Hewlett-Packard
Company.  She was General Counsel and Vice President of Intellectual Property at a
successfully acquired medical device start up company where she was responsible for all
legal matters.



Prior to starting her legal career, Soody spent several years in the industry holding technical
and management positions at companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Schering-Plough
Corporation. Her extensive and diverse experience enables the patent and transactional
counseling of clients in the diverse areas including life sciences, software and business
methods, medical devices and diagnostics, and high technology. Based on the range of her
experience and having founded several companies of her own, she is well accustomed to
challenges facing emerging as well as mature companies.

Soody consults with other firms
and companies and takes great pleasure in being actively involved in educational and non-
profit organizations some of which include being on the Co-Chair at the Licensing
Executives Society Silicon Valley Chapter (LES-SVC); and the Association for the Sports and
Athlete Professionals.

Soody instructs courses in IP and licensing at the University of California. She serves as a
mentor with several entrepreneurship-focused courses/programs at Stanford University, is
a mentor with LES Graduate School Business Plan Competition, is an advisor with Astia
and the C4Cube Venture Accelerator (C4Cube), is a speaker at legal forums and domestic
and international events, and volunteers and donates her services at local non-profit
organizations. She is also an inventor on patent applications and issued patents.

holds a J.D. and M.S., and is licensed to practice before the State of California and the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office.
Vivian Li was part of HP Strategy & Corporate Development, where she was responsible
for managing the equity portfolio and venture outreach.  Vivian identified and worked
closely with startups to help them navigate the HP landscape and formulate strategic
relationships with different HP businesses.

Vivian’s HP career started in Corporate Strategy, where she focused on operational
improvement projects for the CEO.  Projects included vertical strategy, sales coverage
strategy, competitive analysis, and turning around business units key to HP’s growth.

Prior to HP, Vivian was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where she
identified acquisition targets, designed management metrics, developed sales
effectiveness, customer targeting, and go-to-market strategy for key clients.

Vivian holds a bachelor of science from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a
MBA from Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago.
Pedro Chang is the Executive Producer of ccice.tv and the CEO and Founder of
PapiTV.com.  Pedro brings over 16 years of experience in graphic user interface design
for a global application. He has a proven ability to convey concept sthrough design by
coupling his passion of TV and Video to bring a unique product the aids in education and
transfer of information in a global scale.  Pedro's expertise includes core concept
development, storyboarding, and web site content management by using his skills in
illustration, logo design, graphic design, page layout, animation, CSS, HTML, DHTML,
ASP, PHP, XSL, and JavaScript coding.  Prior to founding PapiTV.com. Pedro expertise
stem from his work at VMware, Xtringer and HP.  He managed HP intranet portal and WPC
leading to an award for its excellent design, efficient deployment, streamlined and the
establishment of standardized design processes.    

Pedro is an Out-of-box thinker and is supporting CCICE by bringing livestream
programming beyond the confines of a conference center and into an audience
nationwide in the United States and reaching internationally to every corner where internet
accessibility  is available.  Pedro combines on demand programs and live online TV that
brings ccice.tv to our viewers.

Ms. Sara Rauchwerger is the Founder and Director of CCICE and Founder and Managing
Director of BG Strategy; a leading global market entry services company, specializing in
helping clients enter global markets including industry specific investment opportunities.
Ms. Rauchwerger brings over 20 years of Business Development and Business Strategy
Experience from both private enterprises and government contracts from various
companies in the fields of Telecommunication, Aerospace, and Information Technology.
She has been instrumental in building and sustaining cross boarder business
opportunities by spearheading global expansion for private enterprises (SME’s) to
corporate publicly listed companies.   

Ms. Rauchwerger has been instrumental in helping companies extend  globally in particular
into China providing inception to closure market entry services for companies interested in
entering Telecommunication & Information Technology markets.  Prior to the founding of BG
Strategy in 2001, Ms. Rauchwerger was responsible for business capture strategies,
worldwide expansion of business opportunities, and generating and managing contract
bids of mulit-million dollar projects in companies such as Alcatel, Lockheed Martin, TRW
and Varian.  Her international experience includes working and living in France, Germany,
Sweden and China.  Her hands-on experience as an entrepreneur managing a global
company enables her to understand the dynamics of a business environment from a
personal perspective.

Ms. Rauchwerger, in addition, brings extensive expertise, working for small and medium
companies, in strategic planning from the preparation of business plans, development of
marketing plans, financial analysis, financing, valuation, communications for new ventures,
extensive 10-year long range master plans and market research.  She helped owners and
shareholders maximize value through the successful implementation of these plans.

Ms. Rauchwerger holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in International
Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business (Ecole de Management), France
and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State
University, California. She is a regular speaker globally at conferences, forums, events and
at universities.  She is a visiting professor at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business
and l'Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) Grenoble teaching Entrepreneurship.
Henry H. Wong found Diamond TechVentures and a VenturePartner at Garage Technology
Ventures has resided in China & Silicon Valley for the last 25 years.  From being a Serial
Entrepreneur to a Venture Capitalist, Wong is in a unique position where he can fully utilize
his operational experience, and investment talent to help build companies with a global
vision and encourage entrepreneurship.

In his prior Fund, Crystal Ventures, Wong was active with portfolio companies including
SMIC, LGC Wireless, Infinera, and Exavio.  A seasoned investor and entrepreneur, Wong
has succeeded as the founder, chairman & CEO of SS8 Networks Inc., IP
Communications, XaQti Semiconductor, CNet Technology Inc., and Combinet (ISDN
Systems).  His success, experience and leadership are invaluable in his role as an
Investor, Serial Entrepreneur and mentor in Silicon Valley.

In 2002, Wong was the finalist to receive the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award”.  Wong is an
Advisor to 6 non-profit organizations and is active with community events.  In education, Mr.
Wong received a B.Sc. degree in Business from University of Utah and a MBA in Telecom

Lois A. Wong -  Business Development VP
Lois A. Wong is an Executive Coach and Management Consultant who specializes in
working with CEOs, senior executives, engineers, and technologists on customer
interactions including closing business deals, effective presentations, strategic account
management, facilitating meetings for revenue results, and workplace dynamics.  Her
consulting expertise lies in the area of developing the skills of leaders who have risen
quickly within their businesses and now must work with potential investors, partners, and
major clients.  

Lois’ ability to build relationships at the highest levels and networking connections opened
doors to dozens of corporations at the CEO and executive management levels such as
Sanmina-SCI.  As a member of the medical device division, Lois worked closely with the
SVP and the Western this year.  At the Palo Alto Research Center she successfully
planned, staffed, publicized and directed over 600 major account meetings at the Board,
CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, and SVP levels that grew millions of dollars of revenue for Xerox.  
Additionally, her marketing strategy and relationship with ABC World News earned the
research center millions of dollars in corporation branding through aired segments.

Since 2008, Harmony Tech’s web exposition portal has been a successful service by
multiple Beijing municipal bureaus, organizations, and by U.S. Silicon Valley organizations.
Harmony Tech was awarded and appointed director Beijing Association of Development
Zone by Beijing Bureau for Industrial Development in 2005, and operator of its www.bdza.cn
portal.  It was also awarded and appointed operating company for Beijing Association for
Science and Technology Overseas Intellectual Service Portal by Beijing Association for
Science and Technology in 2007. Their customers included multi-national corporations,

Dr. Wang was Senior Member of Technical Staff at TIBCO Software Inc. He also worked as
staff researcher, Computer Systems Laboratory, Stanford University.

Dr. Wang eceived his Ph.D. in Computer Science, from University of California at Irvine, and
post-doctoral training from Computer Systems Laboratory, Stanford University. His technical
expertise by training is in enterprise infrastructure and application software architecture,
high-performance parallel and distributed computing, design of embedded computer
systems. Dr. Wang  has 14 refereed journal and conference papers under IEEE, ACM and
other U.S. and international conferences in high-performance and parallel computing and
embedded computer systems design.

Patrick comes to Woodside Capital Partners with over 20-yearsexperience in finance and
operation, including P&L responsibility for several million dollars of annual revenue, and
Europe and Latin America, as well as strategic and financial planning. In addition he has
demonstrated success in evaluating investments and raising capital on Wall Street.

Patrick received an MBA from Stanford University, an SB in Chemical Engineering and an
SB in Chemistry, both from MIT. He also served in the US Army.
