Sara S. Rauchwerger - Founder & Director
Henry H. Wong - Advisor
Ms. Sara Rauchwerger is the Founder and Managing Director of BG
Strategy; a leading global market entry services company, specializing
in helping clients enter global markets including industry specific
investment opportunities. Ms. Rauchwerger brings over 20 years of
Business Development and Business Strategy Experience from both
private enterprises and government contracts from various companies
in the fields of Telecommunication, Aerospace, and Information
Technology. She has been instrumental in building and sustaining cross
boarder business opportunities by spearheading global expansion for
private enterprises (SME’s) to corporate publicly listed companies.
Ms. Rauchwerger is the founder of BG Strategy, a global market entry
company with a focus on China providing inception to closure market
entry services for companies interested in entering Telecommunication &
Information Technology markets. Prior to the founding of BG Strategy in
2001, Ms. Rauchwerger was responsible for business capture
strategies, worldwide expansion of business opportunities, and
generating and managing contract bids of mulit-million dollar projects in
companies such as Alcatel, Lockheed Martin, TRW and Varian. Her
international experience includes working and living in France, Germany,
Sweden and China. Her hands-on experience as an entrepreneur
managing a global company enables her to understand the dynamics of
a business environment from a personal perspective.
Ms. Rauchwerger, in addition, brings extensive expertise, working for
small and medium companies, in strategic planning from the preparation
of business plans, development of marketing plans, financial analysis,
financing, valuation, communications for new ventures, extensive 10-year
long range master plans and market research. She helped owners and
shareholders maximize value through the successful implementation of
these plans.
Ms. Rauchwerger holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in
International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business
(Ecole de Management), France and a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State University, California. She
is a regular speaker globally at conferences, forums, events and at
universities.
Henry H. Wong found Diamond TechVentures and a VenturePartner at
Garage Technology Ventures has resided in China & Silicon Valley for the
last 25 years. From being a Serial Entrepreneur to a Venture Capitalist,
Wong is in a unique position where he can fully utilize his operational
experience, and investment talent to help build companies with a global
vision and encourage entrepreneurship.
In his prior Fund, Crystal Ventures, Wong was active with portfolio
companies including SMIC, LGC Wireless, Infinera, and Exavio. A
seasoned investor and entrepreneur, Wong has succeeded as the
founder, chairman & CEO of SS8 Networks Inc., IP Communications,
XaQti Semiconductor, CNet Technology Inc., and Combinet (ISDN
Systems). His success, experience and leadership are invaluable in his
role as an Investor, Serial Entrepreneur and mentor in Silicon Valley.
In 2002, Wong was the finalist to receive the “Entrepreneur of the Year
Award”. Wong is an Advisor to 6 non-profit organizations and is active with
community events. In education, Mr. Wong received a B.Sc. degree in
Business from University of Utah and a MBA in Telecom Management
from Golden Gate University.

Denis Concordel - Executive Working Group Officer
Denis brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading high
performance product teams and successfully taking high technology
products from concept to market in startups as well as larger companies.
Denis is the COO of MoPiao a leading Mobile Ticketing company based in
Beijing China. Prior to joining the MoPiao team, he held executive
positions at Bitpass, a payment solution for digital content, Open Country,
an open at Bitpass, a payment solution for digital content, Open Country,
an open source tool vendor, Cariocas, and Moai Technologies, both
leading eCommerce solution providers. Before joining Moai, Denis
headed Manugistic's development efforts in California. He has also
provided engineering management at KLA Tencor, where he founded a
division, and at Applied Biosystems, where he was a founding member of
the Science and Technology group.
Denis graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des
Télécommunications Paris, France with a Masters degree in Computer
Science and Electrical Engineering.

Lois A. Wong - Business Development VP
Lois A. Wong is an Executive Coach and Management Consultant who
specializes in working with CEOs, senior executives, engineers, and
technologists on customer interactions including closing business deals,
effective presentations, strategic account management, facilitating
meetings for revenue results, and workplace dynamics. Her consulting
expertise lies in the area of developing the skills of leaders who have
risen quickly within their businesses and now must work with potential
investors, partners, and major clients.
Lois’ ability to build relationships at the highest levels and networking
connections opened doors to dozens of corporations at the CEO and
executive management levels such as Sanmina-SCI. As a member of the
medical device division, Lois worked closely with the SVP and the Western
Region teams to achieve their target revenue of a nearly a billion dollars
this year. At the Palo Alto Research Center she successfully planned,
staffed, publicized and directed over 600 major account meetings at the
Board, CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, and SVP levels that grew millions of dollars
of revenue for Xerox. Additionally, her marketing strategy and relationship
with ABC World News earned the research center millions of dollars in
corporation branding through aired segments.

Dr. Haigeng Wang - International Cooperation
Dr. Haigeng Wang is the Founder/GM/CTO of Beijing Harmony Technologies
service portal (G-to-B and B-to-B service portal), (2) channel sales service
portal, (3) post-sales service portal, (4) purchase and tendering service
portal, and (5) web trade conference portal. Harmony Tech is an IBM
Software Business Partner awarded by IMB in 2004. Since 2008, Harmony
Tech’s web exposition portal has been a successful service by multiple
Beijing municipal bureaus, organizations, and by U.S. Silicon Valley
organizations.Harmony Tech was awarded and appointed director Beijing
Association of Development Zone by Beijing Bureau for Industrial
Development in 2005, and operator of its www.bdza.cn portal. It was also
awarded and appointed operating company for Beijing Association for
Science and Technology Overseas Intellectual Service Portal by Beijing
Association for Science and Technology in 2007. Their customers included
multiple Beijing Municipal Government Bureaus, multiple Beijing Industrial
Development Zones, Beijing Association for Science and Technology,
various Beijing non-government organizations/centers in technology
corporations and organizations.
Prior to Harmony Technologies, Dr. Wang served as Founder and CTO for
Precom, Inc., Palo Alto, California, an enterprise software company. The
company developed products and solutions including CRM/sales
management, procurement management. Their customers included leading
multi-national and national corporations, ministries and state-level
organizations. Dr. Wang also brings expertise from working as a Senior
Member of Technical Staff, Software Architect at TIBCO Software Inc, where
he led the development of multiple companies’ major products in enterprise
application integration. He also worked as Staff Researcher, Computer
Systems Laboratory at Stanford University, and did research and
development in distributed systems architecture simulation and prototype.
Dr. Wang is a Technical advisor for multiple ministries and state tier one
corporations. He has 14 refereed journal and conference papers under
IEEE, ACM and other U.S. associations related to computer designs in high-
performance and parallel computing and served as referees for IEEE and
ACM journals.
Dr. Wang received his Ph.D., Computer Science, from University of California
at Irvine, and post-doctoral training from Computer Systems Laboratory,
Stanford University.His technical expertise by training is in enterprise
infrastructure and application software architecture, high-performance
parallel and distributed computing, design of embedded computer systems.
