Bio's

Håkan Eriksson
is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Group
Function Technology, and Chief Technology Officer at Telefonaktiebolaget
LM Ericsson.

Mr. Eriksson was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager,
Group Function Technology, and Chief Technology Officer on January 1,
2003.

Mr. Eriksson was appointed Vice President and General Manager for
Research and Development at Ericsson on April 14, 2003, and was
responsible for development activities carried out in Ericsson’s Core
Network Development, Radio Network Development and Service Network
and Applications, as well as for Ericsson Research. Prior to this, Mr.
Eriksson served for five years as head of Ericsson Research.

Mr. Eriksson joined Ericsson in 1986, representing the company as a
technical expert in GSM standardization work and he has held a number
of senior positions in the Research and Development field for Ericsson in
Sweden and internationally.

Håkan Eriksson was born in Mjölby, Sweden, in 1961. He graduated with
a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and in 2005 was
awarded an Honorary Ph D, both from Linköping Institute of Technology,
Sweden, in 1985.

David Chiou is the Founder and CEO of Groundhog Technologies,the first
company to launch core network optimization product and indoor
geolocation product based on mathematical models of subscribers'
mobility and usage behavior. The company has been helping global
customers started from Asian operators such as the major three
Japanese operators, China Mobile (the largest operator in the world),
CHT (the largest operator in Taiwan), to American operators like at&t and
recently Middle Eastern operators like STC (the largest operator in the
Middle East).

David was elected by young entrepreneurs in Taiwan as one of the eight
most respected entrepreneurial role models, accordingly to Epoch
Foundation's survey in 2003. He is a representative or moderator in
various summits such as Asia 21 Young Leaders Summit, Europe-Asia
Young Leaders' Forum, 2003 Asia Pacific Innovation and
Entrepreneurship Conference, and WYPS of United Nations.

David holds a Master's Degree from the MIT Media Laboratory, where he
was elected as Merrill Lynch Fellow. While at MIT, David's research in
spatial-temporal mathematical modeling led to his founding of the
company.

Rick Meider has more than 20 years experience in the consumer
electronics/mobile and venture capital industries, holding various Senior
Business Development and Corporate Strategy roles within Apple,
Microsoft, Sharp and was Managing Director of a Venture capital
organization.  Currently his role as VP Technology Assessment at SK
Telecom involves the identification of both technologies and trends which
include developing business models based on disruptive convergence
technologies in the wireless/mobile market.  Complementing his industry
focus, he is passionate about future innovation and adheres to a
personal mantra, “I wake up and smell the technology” .

David T. Witkowski is an independent consultant to wireless and
semiconductor clients specializing in strategic planning and
organizational development.  Prior to launching his consulting practice
David was responsible for Vertical Market Business Development
(Wireless/RF) at Cadence Design Systems, led Worldwide Applications
Engineering at Xpedion Design Systems, and was responsible for launch
and development of several technical programs at Tropian Inc. (a fabless
semi startup developing ICs for 3G handsets).  He has also held
positions of leadership and responsibility at Silicon Constellations Inc.,
Systemic Realtime Design LLC, Verifone, ComTech, Apple Computer
and the U.S. Coast Guard.  He obtained his BSEE in 1997 from the
University of California at Davis.

David is a certified strategic planner, and was an early contributor in
development of the strategic planning methodologies which later formed
the basis of John E. Johnson’s award-winning book “60 Minute Strategic
Plan”.  

David serves as President of the Wireless Communications Alliance
(
www.wca.org) a non-profit business league which provides Education,
Connection, and Community to the wireless industry.  He also serves as
a Strategic Advisor to the Personal Broadband Industry Association, and
works as a volunteer with the American Red Cross.  

David is an accomplished and engaging public speaker who has been
featured and quoted in international publications including
BusinessWeek, Chip Design Magazine, EETimes, MRT, and Time
Magazine.
