how much more do you need.

Bio's

Scott Hammon, Partner, Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP, has 20 years of
experience assisting public and private companies in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining MGO, Mr. Hammon was a Senior Manager with a Big Four firm,
where he was a member of its Northern California IPO and M&A service teams.
He has significant experience in working with growth companies, having taken
multiple such companies, including those pursuing a roll-up strategy, from the
development stage through a sale or IPO. Professional Associations and
Leadership include Past President, United Cerebral, Palsy Association,
Member, Golden State Capital Network Member, California Society of Certified
Public Accountants, Member, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Hammon graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, B.A. Phi
Beta Kappa and a Graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

Rick Brusseau, Senior Accounting Manager, Pacific Crest Group, brings more
than 15 years of finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and business
management experience to Pacific Crest Group. His specialties include the
development of business plans and corporate budgets, managing financial
and operational audits, and overseeing upgrades to accounting and human
resources systems. Mr. Brusseau works closely with PCG clients on both high-
level strategy and ground-level tactics to ensure they meet their business
goals.  Prior to joining PCG, Mr. Brusseau held leadership positions in finance,
accounting, and employee development for a number of California companies.
He has extensive training in Oracle systems, and is a Certified Siebel CRM
Administrator. Rick earned an M.B.A. from Dominican College and a B.S. in
Economics from Rutgers University.

Jack Fuchs, CFO of ForteBio, Jack currently provides global business,
financial and strategic leadership for a late stage private Pharma and Biotech
instrumentation company. Prior to ForteBio, Jack held business leadership
roles with high tech private companies. At INKA Networks, he led the formation
of global alliances to drive the adoption of a media file interoperability
technology. At SOMA Networks he was VP of Sales and Business
Development, where he handled global strategic accounts, marketing and
partnerships. Prior to joining SOMA Networks, Jack was the Vice President for
Business Development and Strategic Marketing at IPWireless, Inc, leading the
commercial activities of that company. Previously in his career, Jack served
seven years as a strategic management consultant at McKinsey & Company,
where he served health care and wireless clients. He has also held sales,
marketing and strategic leadership roles with Becton Dickinson, a $4 Billion
medical technology equipment company. Jack graduated magna cum laude
from Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences and
received an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business as
an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Curtis Mo is the partner-in-charge of the firm's Palo Alto office and he is a
partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005. Mr. Mo is
recognized as a leading corporate and securities lawyer in Silicon Valley. He
has represented emerging growth companies, major public companies,
investment banks, venture capital funds and private equity funds in hundreds of
public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, venture capital financings
and other complex transactions. He has extensive experience in corporate
governance matters and regularly acts as general outside counsel to public
and private companies at all stages of development, particularly in the
technology, life sciences and consumer sectors. Representative clients have
included Cisco Systems, Digital Island, Doubletree Hotels, E*TRADE Group,
JetBlue Airways, Restoration Hardware and many top-tier investment banks
and venture capital funds. Mr. Mo has lectured extensively at seminars
sponsored by the Practising Law Institute and other professional groups, and
has given expert legal commentary on emerging growth companies and the
technology sector for CNN Moneyline, CNBC Business Center and various
publications. Mr. Mo is the founder and co-chair of PLI's Advanced Venture
Capital conference, served as co-chair of the Annual Institute on Securities
Regulation from 2001-2006, and has been a member of the advisory board for
the Annual Securities Regulation Institute in San Diego. He serves a number of
community organizations, including as a member of the board of directors of
the influential Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network.

Henry H. Wong found Diamond TechVentures and a Venture Partner at Garage
Technology Ventures has resided in China & Silicon Valley for the last 25
years.  From being a Serial Entrepreneur to a Venture Capitalist, Wong is in a
unique position where he can fully utilize his operational experience, and
investment talent to help build companies with a global vision and encourage
entrepreneurship.

In his prior Fund, Crystal Ventures, Wong was active with portfolio companies
including SMIC, LGC Wireless, Infinera, and Exavio.  A seasoned investor and
entrepreneur, Wong has succeeded as the founder, chairman & CEO of SS8
Networks Inc., IP Communications, XaQti Semiconductor, CNet Technology
Inc., and Combinet (ISDN Systems).  His success, experience and leadership
are invaluable in his role as an Investor, Serial Entrepreneur and mentor in
Silicon Valley.

In 2002, Wong was the finalist to receive the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award”.  
Wong is an Advisor to 6 non-profit organizations and is active with community
events.  In education, Mr. Wong received a B.Sc. degree in Business
Administration (Major in Finance and Minor in Marketing) from University of
Utah 1980, and a MBA in Telecom Management from Golden Gate University
1983.   He is also a Mentor in the Stanford Graduate School of Business GSB
S-356 MBA Program, and a Team Mentor in the Technology Venture Formation
course MS&E 273 at Stanford's School of Engineering.
